Based in Antigua island, Ms. Baldwin is active with the Caribbean Hotel Association, Barbados Hotel & Tourism Assn, Hong Kong Chefs Assn., AYC-Antigua Yacht Club honored her with the most sought-after yacht racing awards, 2019 and 2020. She is recognized globally for promoting professional youth racers. Ms. Baldwin has also held the press chair for St. Lucia's Chaine des Rotisseurs chapter. She is a patron of the arts and is passionate about yacht racing, health, wellness, and luxury hospitality.
